Garden of the Gods Care Center is a 52-bed skilled nursing facility which quickly becomes a place of community for everyone who lives, works, visits, or volunteers here. Our small setting enables us to create a family atmosphere where residents are known personally and cared for with dignity and respect. We actively provide for each individual's physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being through a variety of creative opportunities.
