high quality care in a comfortable setting is our passion. The Nursing Home Reform Act was passed
in 1987 and mandated that residents of nursing homes receive quality care to
promote their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial
well-being. Resident Rights involve
the care and treatment of each individual with dignity and respect, privacy,
self-determination, and involvement in decision-making. We recognize that quality of life
emerges from maintaining a sense of purpose and meaning despite physical or
cognitive limitations. Social and
spiritual programs enable individuals to develop relationships and experience
fulfillment despite their losses.
